WHAT IS IT?
A 12 week, step-by-step Promotion Program to get you to Unit Manager status by the end of the summer. There will be fun incentives and great prizes! It will be BOOT CAMP!!!!! So put your BIG GIRL PANTIES on, and lets get you ladies making some real $$$$. There will be a group homework assignment issued each week, along with a one-on-one coaching session with your manager to work on individualized, weekly goal-setting.
WHO IS HOSTING IT?
Gina Shepard (Unit Manager, AZ) and I are teaming up to put this program into effect. We have some great ideas to help you get your business to the next level, and all you have to do is follow our step by step program! We have collected information from the top lia sophia Managers across the United States to help you and your business grow!!!
WHEN WILL IT BE?
The first MIT class will be a week from today on April 5th via conference call! Please note that the time of day of the calls is still pending, and will be decided after those in the group notify us of their most convenient time of day (lunchtime call or evening call). These calls WILL NOT be recorded, attendance will be mandatory --- NO EXCUSES!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO GO TO MANAGEMENT?
You should review the entire Management Incentive Program in lia sophia University for all specific details of the program, but here is a little snapshot
• Minimum 4 Active Advisors
• During the four months PRIOR to your promotion, average $2,000 in personal recognition sales, or $8,000 total by the end of the 4th month
• During the four months PRIOR to your promotion, average $7,000 in personal group recognition sales, including your personal recognition sales, or $28,000 total by the end of the 4th month.
• Submit the required form with your signature by the 15th of the month before your promotion.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE FIRST CALL?
If you have not already told me you are going to participate, then you need to email me and let me know. There is a pre-call homework assignment that must be submitted by this Friday.
