10 Things to Know About Fiscal March 2010

1. Santa Barbara Leadership Weekend: Many of us will be heading to Santa Barbara Thursday, March 4 through Sunday, March 7. Our very own Tracy Williams will be attending as well and will be hosting a training on all new ideas & tips. We will enjoy dinners together, free time to spend with your gals and wine tasting in beautiful wine country. Make sure you are in for the next one.
   


2. Fiscal Month: Begins at 12:01pm CST on Monday, March 1 and ends at 12:00pm CST on Monday, March 29. Any shows that are submitted after that time frame will be considered part of fiscal April.
   


3. Customer Sale: Necklaces. Use the Customer Save Plan and enjoy three additional necklaces, including styles from the Kiam Family Signature Collection, at 50 percent off. What is the Customer Save Plan? Whenever a customer chooses 3 items, they get the higehst value item at only half price. Make sure you feature necklaces at your shows and demonstrate all the ways to wear them.
   


4. Hostess Special: Azure for $10. With a minimum $600 show (profitable sales, not recognition sales), Hostesses may purchase the Azure Necklace for $10. When ordering, use the special code: 91H19. Make sure to have a sample of this necklace to show around ar your parties. Also point out that it is the cover piece of the Spring/Summer 2010 catalog.
   


5. New Advisor Special: All new Advisors who submit a $600 starter show (recognition sales) in fiscal March will receive a $100 Jewelry Premium. When doing a starter show, help your new recruit meet this goal by inviting at least 30 people, getting outside orders, and hostess coaching. You will also be training her how to run her own business and what to say to her future hostesses.
   


6. Advisor/Manager Special: With four Shows submitted with $2,500 in personal recognition sales during fiscal March, Advisors/Managers will earn a $100 Jewelry Premium. (Direct Orders do not count)
   


7. Petersen Zone Team Meeting: Saturday, March 20 @ 9:00am to 11:30am. Hilton Garden Inn 27710 The Old Rd., Valencia 91355. Be in attendance in order to receive supplies from your manager (based on your prior month sales), get in Lisa's raffle for $100 cash (for those who had a Perfect Party in the prior month), and get AMAZING training, INSPIRATION, and FUN!
   


8. New Advisor Training: Monday, March 8 and Monday, March 22 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the home of Lisa Petersen, 25550 Via Ventana, Stevenson Ranch, CA. Please make sure to share these dates with all of the Advisors you personally recruit. Click here to RSVP:
