The most important step to take with your hostesses is to create a personal connection. This means getting on the phone talking with them. Make sure you are touching base when sending invites out about a month before their party and really setting yourself up for success. This is the first coaching call and will set you up for the follow up all the way to the day of your show.
Things to talk about while you are creating a vision of their party:
1. Recruiting-discussing their interest in joining your team!
-who they think might be good at doing what we do.
2. Booking-start having them work on bookings with their friends.
3. Ordering- outside orders from women who can't make it.
4. Choosing their favorites and working on their wish list will get them excited.
Being in close contact will ensure that the hostess is working with you!
