• $25,000 Personal Recognition Sales - Over the next 12 months, that averages less than 4 parties a month. (you can do this!)
• $30,000 Personally Recruited New Advisor Recognition Sales - Over the next 12 months, if you recruited one person per QUARTER (meaning one every three months and a total of only 4) and each of those recruits did just 2 shows a month, that would be well more than the $30,000 in sales you need to win this trip. Not to mention that if you have 4 advisors on your team and averaging the sales above, then you will be just a hop and a skip away from promotion to Unit Manager by the end of 2010. This incentive runs from fiscal December 2009 through fiscal November 2010. The goals outlined above are for Advisors only. Managers goals are different and sent out individually.
