Holiday Booking Tips

With the holiday season fast approaching, here are some tips on keeping your calendar full of bookings!
  • During my presentations I stress that the holidays are a GREAT time to host a party. The hostess can take care of her holiday shopping for free by hosting a party! What a great way to save money during the holidays and still give wonderful gifts!

  • If someone wants to host a party COMMIT them to a date and time then and there. If you wait, then your chances of booking the party are significantly less.

  • Encourage double booking IF people seem reluctant to book or are going back and forth about the idea. Many people don't like to do new things on their own and feel more comfortable knowing someone else is doing it with them.

  • If people seem reluctant: tell them that you don't need a lot of people to have a good party, its really easy and simple and it doesn't have to be a big, crazy event. Even if there is not a significant turn-out, the hostess can always gather orders before and after the show that count towards her party total!

  • The necklace game works. Its a great way to get the hostess involved with helping you get bookings. The hostess knows her guests and the ones most likely to book a party. Work with your hostess in that sense. (If you don't know about the necklace game, ask your upline manager. Its a great tool!)

  • If there are any previous hostesses at your party, use them as a referral! Ask them during your presentation how much jewelry they got and if they were glad they hosted a party, the answer is always YES!
