10 Things to Know About Fiscal December

1. Fiscal Month: Begins at 12:01pm CST November 29, ends at 12:00pm CST December 23. However, please note that the deadline for REGULAR SHIPPING is 10:59 pm CST December 16. Make sure you take this into account when submitting your shows. Please also see the "Holiday Shipping Schedule" in Lia Sophia University for information about delivery dates for Christmas.
2. Customer Special: Mix & Match - Use our Customer Save Plan® (purchase two items at regular price and select a third item at half price) and enjoy three additional items of your choice at 50 percent off – necklaces, rings, bracelets, slides, pins. It can be a combination or all from the same category, and it includes the Kiam Family® Signature Collection.
3. Hostess Special: There is no Hostess Special during fiscal December. Our standard hostess benefits can be found on the backside of your catalog.
4. New Advisor Special: Jewelry Premium - All New Advisors who join in fiscal December will receive a $75 Jewelry Premium when they submit a minimum $600* Starter Show. (*Recognition Sales).
5. Advisor/Manager Special: Privilege Purchase - With $1,500 in personal recognition sales submitted during fiscal December, you’ll earn your Fall/Winter 2010 Privilege Purchase, allowing you to purchase one of each styles from the new line at 77 percent off. It’s a great way to build your Spring/Summer 2011 display! Direct Orders Count. Privilege Purchase achievers will receive a Personal Message on December 30 with instructions on how to place their orders. These orders may be entered beginning 12:01 a.m. January 1 through 10 p.m. CST on March 1.
6. Quarterly Recruiting Incentive: Jewelry Premium - December is the first month of our 3rd fiscal quarter. That means you have three months to earn a $750 jewelry premium! When you have three qualified new Advisors in a quarter with $7,500 in combined recognition sales, you receive a $750 Jewelry Premium. Think of all the new jewelry that will be out in February, wouldn't it be nice to get the items on your wish list for free?!?
7. Annual Trip Incentive: To Be Announced - The annual vacation incentive runs from December 2010 through November 2011. Your personal sales and new advisor sales starting with fiscal December will start your progress towards a free vacation. Check Advisor Advantage - they'll be announcing the location soon.
8. Team Meetings: Holiday meeting will be held in Los Angeles - Sat. 12/11 and Paso Robles - Sun. 12/19. There will be a Business Builders Club meeting in Paso Robles - Wed. 12/29.
9. Belinda Ellsworth Calls: Every Tuesday evening at 6:00pm, please dial into the New Advisor Training Calls with Belinda Ellsworth. This is a rotating 5-week series to get all new starts up to speed. Please contact your Upline Manager if you do not have the dial in number.
10. Incentives: This is the last month for the Success Camp incentive. We also have the $50,000 Team Challenge, the Fantastic Four Club, the $100 Bonus Award.
