Good Afternoon Ladies & Happy New Conference Year,
I (with Belinda’s thumbs up) have composed a new recruiting incentive that we are hoping will create EXCITEMENT & MOMENTUM within our teams. In order for this to work it would be AWESOME to have ALL managers on board & participating.
What is Each ONE Reach ONE?
When a new start brings on her 1st recruit, in her first 30 days, (BOTH MUST QUALIFY)her unit manager will match the company incentive.THAT’S RIGHT, match the incentive! Each One Reach One means $600 in free jewelry for your New Start, when she brings in a new start within her first 30 days. Lia Sophia awards a $300 Jewelry premium. “Each ONE Reach ONE” awards $300 Jewelry premium from their Unit Manager.
Belinda & Lisa will be kicking this off on Tuesday, June 8th. We are excited to start promoting this for our new conference year.
