"Pick Your Own Incentive" this May

Okay, ladies, so this month I want to make sure that EVERY single ADVISOR on my team wins an incentive. I put one out each month to encourage you all to "stretch your rubberband" and step outside of your box. To help ensure that each of you achieve it, you get to pick which one you want to go after.

The Rules...

• Pick one incentive from the list below.
• Email me by Wednesday, May 12th at 5pm and notify me of which incentive you will work towards.
• The earning period is fiscal May (10:01am Pacific Time May 3 - 10:00am Pacific Time May 31).
• Prizes will be awarded to winners at the fiscal June Unit Meeting.

The Incentives...

1. For each Qualified Show you enter in excess of that reported, receive a $10 target gift card. (note: you must have submitted your report to qualify for this incentive. Click here for details) 
2. Achieve $2,500 in personal Recognition Sales and enter at least one Starter Show, receive a $15 bonus item as a gift from me.
3. Break your personal Recognition Sales record by 10% or more, with a minimum of $1,000 in personal Recognition Sales, and receive a $25 Jewelry Premium for every $1,000 in sales that you enter.
4. Be a "Perfect 10" and receive $100 cash as a gift from me! (enter 10 qualified shows)
5. Enter 4 Qualified Shows (average 1 per week), receive a gift bag full of party favors to use at your shows.
6. Enter at least 2 Qualified Shows, and receive raffle tickets (one per show entered) for a "Get Paid to Party" bank bag to use at your shows.
